Septic Inspections

Most inspection companies will typically either do the septic inspection themselves during the home inspection, or make arrangements to have septic company perform the inspection.  Also, in some counties and townships, the septic inspections are required.  In this case, the septic inspection company must be from an approved list.

Kalkaska County  and Long Lake township now require a septic inspection prior to a sale.
